Introduction
By using the Mellow Discord bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
Acceptable use
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines .
- Do not use the bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not attempt to exploit, spam, or disrupt the bot or its services.
- The bot is intended for supportive, non-emergency mental health assistance. It is not a substitute for professional help or emergency services.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you send to the bot.
- Do not share sensitive personal information such as passwords or addresses with the bot.
- Use the bot respectfully and do not harass other users or staff.
Data & privacy

AI features use Anthropic's Claude API. Messages sent to those features are processed by Anthropic and are not used to train their models.
Limitations of liability
- The Mellow team is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the bot.
- The bot does not provide professional medical or mental health advice.
- The bot may be unavailable or discontinued at any time without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted in this document and announced in the support server.
